Custom Itinerary Planning

Our trip planning fee covers initial consultation and discussion of your trip expectations, time spent researching, developing, and revising a proposal to create the perfect customized itinerary, booking and managing all components, and 24/7 support for your journey.

Our non-refundable Planning Fee is $750.

Hotel Only Bookings

We are prepared to book your hotels on a complimentary basis and will extend our amenities wherever possible. We are able to provide reduced rates or the same rates you can find online AND elevate your experience through many value-added extras:

Airline Bookings

We encourage you to allow us to provide booking assistance with your flights for all custom itineraries; our expert air department will assist and provide support throughout your travel. This will ensure we can effectively coordinate all aspects of your travel experience and intervene if necessary (schedule changes, etc).

Should you choose to book your airfare, please keep in mind that we are not able to speak to the airline or make any changes on your behalf.

Concierge Services for Hotel Only Bookings & Home Rentals

Our dedicated concierge can assist with your dining reservations, spa appointments, and activities on and off the property. Once these services and activities have been scheduled, they will be included in your travel app.

The Concierge fee is $250 for up to four travelers and $500 for 4 or more travelers.

We work only with financially stable companies that we know can deliver high-quality, high-touch service for all components of your trip. 
In most destinations, our partners are 5* hotels. Our minimum daily budget is typically $1,000 per day per person for bespoke itinerary services.
